Monstera Deliciosa

This fascinating plant, indigenous to Mexico, Central America and quite common in Hawaii, grows along the ground until it finds a surface on which to cling and raise itself towards the sun.  It features large distinctive oval shaped leaves that are peppered with swiss cheese like perforations.
